RELIGIOUS DOUBLE-STANDARD: A CALL FOR FAIRNESS IN BELIEF AND CRITICISM

Religious Double-Standard

RELIGIOUS DOUBLE-STANDARD: A CALL FOR FAIRNESS IN BELIEF AND CRITICISM: If  the Europeans and the Arabs kept their opinions about their God to themselves, we’ll not be having Christianity and Islam in Nigeria.

But because you are now a Christian or Muslim because Arab and European slave traders and colonialist invaded Africa with their religions, you want freethinkers and atheists etc to keep their beliefs and ideas about your own religions to themselves and not talk about it.

Christians burnt millions of shrines in Africa, banished and killed many Africans that refused to accept the religion just to install their churches. They used intimidation, con, threatened nature worshippers with HELL FIRE, ridiculed their beliefs, demonized it, called it empty fables, insulted their Gods, called them powerless idols, just to make sure they dropped whatever they were worshipping and accept the Christian belief.

But today, Christians have the guts to tell people to leave their religion and God alone and mind their own business, when people criticize their religion and call it out for the fables and foreign mythology and superstition that it is. Did you Christians leave other people’s religion and God alone? Double standards. Are you leaving other people and their Gods alone?

You cluster the streets everyday, stopping whoever you see, introducing them to Jesus, and warning them of hell and telling them that they are nothing without your Jesus, they should accept your Jesus or perish in hell… Is that how you mind your own business?

You use loudspeakers on the streets, in the neighbourhood and in all your churches, making sure both believers and non believers listen to your sermon. Is that how you keep your belief to yourself? You constantly condemn people and their lives styles and promote your own all the time. Is that how to mind your own business?
